Body Well


Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Each 8 week session includes:
- Small group fitness coaching including 2 High Intensity Interval Workouts per week
- Before & After photos & assessments
- Weekly (confidential) weigh-ins
- Seasonal recipes + meal planners
- Meal tracking + coaching
- 1 resistance band
- At home workouts
- Private FB group to connect with class
- Weekly Challenges
- Unlimited support from instructor & other moms in class
*This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program.

** Summer break is almost here and we know you’ve been looking for all of the fun camp options for those kiddos. But what about you? We’re putting a fun new spin on one of the groups this round. Introducing: Body Well Summer Camp edition! Think all the same eight week, 2 in person workouts, accountability goodness but with extra flexibility in the food department. Because let’s be honest - we know many of you want to have a drink by the pool but also want feel your best while doing it. We’ll kick off the sesh with the Body Well recipes you know and love but slowly work in more and more non-BW meals/snacks as the 8 weeks progress based on your needs and preferences. If you’re craving those chill summer vibes but still need some accountability to stay in a routine - hit up KJ to enroll in a Summer Camp just for you at the Parklands!

Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot. If you are unable to pay in full, a $50 deposit is required. The remainder of your payment will be due one week before classes begin.To pay a deposit please email louisville@fit4mom.com.

Don't let cost be a barrier to our life changing programs and classes. If you have payment questions, please inquire by emailing louisville@fit4mom.com. Payment plans and scholarships are offered on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Well session is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to make a class you are able to make up one missed class in another session.

Please note that in the event there is a mandatory shut down due to Covid-19, classes will be moved to a virtual platform and continue until the session is complete. No refunds will be given.
