Well Between

Well Between is our unique program designed specifically to apply the things you've learned in Body Back to "real life." It is meant to help you transition from the world of Body Back where you are expected to skip celebratory dinners (it's only 8 weeks) and abstain from alcohol (not happening 365). This program will keep you on track, but also understands and provides room for the all the "living" you have to do. We know you might not always be perfect, but we will keep you Well Between.

What Well Between involves...

  • 4 weeks (August 31st- September 25th) of One on One Coaching with Cass & Jess;
  • Weekly one hour Virtual Group Chats;
  • Weekly menu planning assistance, baseline review and accountability;
  • Food logging accountability;
  • Weekly emails with tips, tricks and carefully crafted Well Between Recipes;
  • Weekly "Well Assessments";
  • Encouragement + accountability + the secrets we've learned to maintain the habits formed during Body Back so that they may provide you sustainable wellness.

What Well Between does not involve...

  • A recipe book (although weekly recipe suggestions will be provided);
  • Group workouts;
  • A requirement that you abstain from alcohol or dining out completely;
  • Fitness assessments;
  • Weigh-ins;
  • A Facebook group.
