Well Between is our unique program designed specifically to apply the things you’ve learned in Body Well to “real life”. It is meant to help you transform from the world of Body Well where you are expected to skip celebratory dinners (it’s only 8 weeks) and abstain from alcohol (not happening 365). This program will keep you on track, but also understands and provides room for all the “living” you have to do. We know you might not always be perfect, but we will keep you Well Between.

What Well Between Involves…

  • 4 weeks of One on One Coaching with Katie Johnson

  • Weekly one hour Virtual Group Chats;

  • Weekly menu planning assistance, baseline review and accountability;

  • Food logging accountability;

  • Weekly emails with tips, tricks and carefully crafted Well Between Recipes;

  • Private FB Group

  • Weekly “Well Assessments”;

  • Encouragement + accountability + the secrets we’ve learned to maintain the habits formed during Body Well so that they may provide you sustainable wellness.

What Well Between Does Not Involve…

  • A recipe book (although weekly recipe suggestions will be provided);

  • Group workouts;

  • A requirement that you abstain from alcohol or dining out completely;

  • Fitness assessments;

  • Weigh-ins
