Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Your First Class is FREE!LOUISVILLE FIT4MOM MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This contract is made between the client and Louisville East FIT4MOM and is a month to month agreement and except as provided in the initial 10 day cancellation policy below, may be terminated by either party with the proper advance notice, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the expected final day of membership. Depending on your purchase, this membership allows you to attend Stroller Strides classes.
AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
I authorize FIT4MOM Louisville East to initiate a charge to the account entered
into Front Desk for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I
have cancelled my membership through the FIT4MOM Louisville administrator.
I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with FIT4MOM Louisville East to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. Dues will be drawn monthly from the account on the first day of the month, except for the initial drawn which will occur the day the membership begins. The processing date for debit/credit cards may vary due to banking procedures. If charges are returned they will be subject to a late fee. Members are responsible for updating their credit card information online. Members may not attend class who have unpaid balances. If a membership remains unpaid it will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel this membership, the member must contact the FIT4MOM
Louisville East administrator in writing, prior to their next payment due date, to request a 30
day cancellation. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not
transferable to another person or anywhere outside the Louisville East franchise.
Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wishes to re-enroll, she may do
so at the discretion of FIT4MOM Louisville East, and will be charged half the
normal registration fee.
HOLD POLICY
Memberships may be
held a maximum of 3 months per hold period. Hold starts will coincide with the first
day of the month and, with the exception of maternity leave, will end on the
final day of the month, not to exceed 3 months. When a hold period has ended, the monthly auto payments will
resume without any action required. There will be a $20 processing fee charged
to your credit card on file for the hold period.
INITIAL 10-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the
tenth (10th) calendar day after you have signed this agreement. To cancel this
agreement written notice must be received by FIT4MOM Louisville within the
initial ten days. You are responsible for paying for the classes already
attended.
AGREEMENT
By purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract
with or without a signature. Terms of this agreement may change with proper
advance written notice.
