Run Club Mini


Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, led by a certified running coach. Beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. A motivating group and experienced coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals. Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. The 4 week mini session will end with a Fun Run 5K to celebrate! No running experience required!

Upcoming Session Info:
    • Sundays from 6-7pm beginning October 23rd and running through November 13th
    • 10/23 - William F. Miles Lakes: Coppiced Woods Trail (Beckley Creek at Parklands)
    • 10/30 - Cherokee Park Trail (Cherokee)
    • 11/6 - Humana Grande Allee: Black Willow Trail (Beckley Creek at Parklands)
    • 11/13 - Paw Paw and Chinkapin Trail Loop (Turkey Run at Parklands)
    • 11/20 RACE DAY (optional) - Harrods Creek Trail Bash 5k/10k
    • All types of runners are welcome. Don't miss out on experiencing the program that everyone keeps raving about. Not just that, but the trails we'll be running are GORG. Join us, mama!
