Holiday Mini (PM)

Our goal during the Holiday Mini isn't to lose weight - it's to maintain the great things we've done in 2021! We want you to enjoy those holiday festivities but also not give up on all the progress you've made this year.

The Holiday Mini is similar to a regular Body Well Session PLUS two extra workouts per week, but without the full commitment to nutrition. This mini session is designed to help you get your workouts knocked out early in the morning, have the accountability & support of some awesome women and give you our tips and tricks for maintaining a healthy lifestyle through the crazy holiday season!

What the Body Well Mini Includes:
  • 4 fun workouts per week.
  • Before + After "Mini Assessments."
  • Weekly optional Weigh-Ins.
  • Weekly Challenges.
  • Accountability through the Holiday Season.
